My resume got shortlisted for Operations Associate/Engineer-Amazon Managed Services role. I am an experienced AWS engineer with 5YOE.I feel like this role will be degrading in nature for me. Is it worth joining for this position. I would love to join Amazon based on my experience and skill set. But Not to some position which doesn't require AWS experience.
Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

You need better FinTech mot more paper!
Good idea to have an admin person (even better if they can do some of the preliminary planning for you) and a client relations person. Bit of different skillsets you can't do it all yourself ! I think it's a good idea
We’re actually about a 90% paperless office, notice paperwork was in quotations. Someone still has to create proposals, set up accounts, monitor acats, prep meeting materials, etc. The information still must be created and pushed through the channels. My strength is being in front of clients and prospects which in turn is also my biggest revenue generator. I’m in a financial institution, cover multiple branch locations and am usually bouncing around from spot to spot. I think an office manager would allow me to add more appointments per day/week and I wouldn’t need to designate specific time setting up accounts and monitoring admin stuff each day or at week end. Ideally, I would prefer to go from client meeting to client meeting all day like a doctor goes from patient to patient. Just listen, uncover, recommend, ask, plan and advise, then hand off to the office manager. I feel this could add significant revenue to our top line.
