If my milestone year is in 2023, can anyone tell me if that can ever come down to 2022. Also 2023 is a year, which quarter do they actually give the promotion.

M/23/Cleveland OH/50k with about 3 years of experience. Reaching a critical point of utilization (I'm at about 140 billable hours a month) and considering asking for a raise. What should I aim for?

Considering exiting my first consulting team for a lateral into a smaller firm/practice (boutique to boutique): same work, same city, +20% raise. What were some of the questions that helped get others off the fence when considering making the first jump? Love both teams, long-term trajectory is very similar - but, it seems like I simply have to jump to get an add-on raise. Appreciate any insight folks have.

How to let a firm know comp expectations changed due to a raise at the current employer? Gave a firm a range and they offered me a base comp at the low end of my range. Not sure how I feel about this. Thoughts on this? Would expect them to meet me at least in the middle. Current comp is going to be very close to 90k at the end of the year. Initially gave a range of 95 - 110 (when my comp was still in the low 80s). They met me at 95. I have almost 2 YOE. Thanks!

Currently an OCM Associate with 2.5 YOE in consulting & 1 YOE experience in sales and going up for promotion to SA in May/June. Received a Senior Consultant offer from Cognizant that puts TC about 35-40% higher than current TC. Has anyone worked in the OCM practice at Cognizant / have any thoughts about growth, current TC vs offer, etc?

Are any of you CDs that were promoted to GCDs at small to mid-size agencies where the creative department is not technically divided into groups? If so, what added responsibilities were assigned to you with the promotion? I don’t work at a large agency with the traditional pyramid structure of a GCD having multiple CDs on specific accounts reporting to him/her. I work on 14 accounts.

Hi all. If you have ever encountered passive aggressive teammates, did you raise this situation to your direct report? If so, what was your approach and how did you deliver the feedback? Hi ladies, I need some advice on how to navigate/build a relationship with my fiance's family. Some of his siblings and family members are very standoffish and distant. For background, we are same race different culture. I'm very open and I've learned a lot from my fiance over the years. However, I believe his family still sees me as an outsider and they don't invite me to certain things. At times, it feels isolating and it makes me feel unwelcomed. They're also supposed to be in my wedding.

Deloitte: I see there is an HR policy that allows you to go 60-80% whenever you want to/in any role so long as there is a business case. Does this ever happen in consulting? Is it more likely to be approved in certain groups/with certain skills? I’m thinking it might be feasible to stay here if I could could go on a reduced schedule after baby 2. If that’s something I could work towards and prepare for in the year or so prior, I’d like to set myself up well for it! Any insight is appreciated!
