.. none of the above. I heard the same thing before I joined too. From my experience culture is great, everyone is extremely smart and friendly, and the work is awesome. The hours are typical for a NY agency but not awful. The biggest downside is that it's very "sink or swim" in that you can't bullshit your skills. People who jump agencies for titles and somehow endup at Droga without being able to produce good work don't tend to last very long. They also talk a lot of shit when they leave, hence the negative mentions.
Honestly an environment where you can’t BS sounds pretty fantastic.
Not great for women. Boys club. Lots of one off projects. Not a fan

I’ve heard great things too.
Droga does good work. They pay about 30% under market. Hear it’s not exactly a diverse office and has a culture that reflects that
