Hi all, can someone help me prepare interviews for HR roles please? Thank you

I haven't interviewed in years and feel absolutely out of place and underconfident. Not able to bring my A game to the table (I can't pitch myself as ideal candidate for position).

I have very strong profile for my experience. All my performance reviews continuously state I'm going above & beyond and theres nothing they can think of suggesting I do different. Just can't interview well

Are there any executives out there who have recently negotiated with their CEO for an updated compensation package? I know I'm being underpaid as a CFO who has also handled all of the HR responsibilities for the past 3 years. Currently at $130K with $30K bonus at the end of the year. I don't take the insurance through the company either. Currently no 401K match program available.

Does anybody find Sneako hot? Forget if you are for or against his views, just by his appearance do you think he is hot? I feel like he hypes himself too much and tries too hard to be like the Tates. He is a follower not a leader. He doesn’t seem genuine or believe in any word he is saying.

So I had a first interview this past Friday at a company that I had previously interviewed with and made it to the final round last month. They decided to go with an internal candidate after it came down to me and him. The current role is more senior, and was one I was asked to apply for by the hiring manager, whom I also met with during the last set of interviews. I emailed the recruiter to f/u on Friday and still have not gotten a reply. Should I be concerned?

In myCompetency portal, my primary skill is being displayed as X, where my primary skill is Y. When I tried to change it, it goes to my approver for approval and she's declined to approve it with reason that your interview was taken for X technology however it is not correct, my interview was taken on Y technology only.

Also, she mentioned that your current project is based on your X competency so we can't change it.

I'm (27F) making 4x more than my partner (33M). How do you deal with significant income differences in your relationships?

I'm dating a guy and we just had a serious discussion about our finances. I just learned that I earn 4x more than him (200K). We're based in Portland, OR and he's a bank teller and I'm a designer fortunate to be paid SF rates. I'd like to get married and have kids one day and not feel the pressure of being the breadwinner. How have others managed a similar situation?
