One of the things is to just force yourself to eat more throughout the day to not be so “hungry” at night. A good preworkout meal is invaluable in many ways to fuel your workout and to also cull future cravings. Because usually after your workout, people chug some protein within an hour or two afterwards which helps with satiety.
I’ve also heard of people limiting their choices to single serving desserts like a magnum bar or something to reduce or inhibit overeating.
