Just accepted a formal offer for a remote position last week. I start in July and need to give my two weeks notice by Friday. Still need to do background and maybe drug test (I am not worried about it) but was waiting to make sure everything is sorted before giving my notice. I have started onboarding, doing surveys for equipment, received welcome emails from team and even started taking photos for badge ID. Should I give my notice or wait for the background check to come back and drug test.

This is my first job right after college. I also interned for this company for a year during my senior year. I live in California and I make around 96k + 10% bonus. Am I being paid market value?

Advice: how to manage a reapplication as a R3 applicant who was waitlisted and finally dinged last week.
