I am a 5y SM at B4 and exploring options between industry, tier2 or MBB. One thing I am not clear about is how the pensions work at MBB after u retire as a partner for 10-15 years with the firm. Is the pension structure similar to B4? Honestly, I have not found any other career that has a better pensions as compared to B4. Is MBB or tier 2 firms have comparable pensions? Thanks.
Pensions are a b4 thing and will be devalued further in the 10-15 years you plan to work.
That’s not what the math of our pension plan shows. It’s quite solvent.
B4 pension is good? Or exit as a partner
Pension is a Big 4 thing, not MBB or strategy.
