I am a 5y SM at B4 and exploring options between industry, tier2 or MBB. One thing I am not clear about is how the pensions work at MBB after u retire as a partner for 10-15 years with the firm. Is the pension structure similar to B4? Honestly, I have not found any other career that has a better pensions as compared to B4. Is MBB or tier 2 firms have comparable pensions? Thanks.

2)The manager told me I have flexibility to choose 2-11 shift or work in morning as everyone is flexible here. What must I do officially to get that monthly shift allowance?

What we do: we represent liquor license applicants in the process of getting a liquor license in NY. That includes filing the application and dealing with community boards or any other related meeting or hearing.
