P to the T to the O. True PTO, like lock your phone and laptop in a drawer PTO. All our firms will take as much as you will give and the demand will never stop. You're no good to the cause if you are crazy or dead.
Get a good bone sesh in
Meditate. I use the headspace app
Second the bone sesh and PTO. Probably can combine both if you play your cards right. Helps me every time. Turn off your phone and just unwind.
Change your diet. You will be shocked once you eat healthier foods, how it changes how you feel and sleep. Remember that food is fuel so rubbish in -> rubbish out. I used to eat pretty shittily then once I made real changes to what I eat (ie, eating cleaner foods, not processed crap, eating less sugar and salt, eating more fish, etc) that it was a total gamechanger.
Did you do a root cause analysis to identify what might be triggering this?

Seriously, I’m 25 and having a heart procedure next month. Take care of yourself and see a doc. Cut caffeine, do lots of yoga, cut screen time, and make an appointment.
A therapist can help a lot
Eat + sleep well, find a hobby. Also eliminating caffeine helps with BP but you may regret that at first
