I am a ball of anxiety today. Started tearing up in the Uber I was in earlier cuz I thought I was about to have a panic attack. I took two lorazepam and I’m in my bed with the shades down finding something to watch on TV to calm down. I can’t slow down my brain. I’m so sick of this.

I hope you’re getting help with your anxiety—learning some coping mechanisms for when I think I’m going to have a panic attack has been really good for me. For soothing tv, HIGHLY recommend Bob Ross’ The Joy of Painting. You can find it all on YouTube and it’s as zen as can be and very satisfying.

The caveat: can wait 1 yr where supply MIGHT catch up a little to flatten out this crazy market while interest rates still haven’t crept up to that 4-5% average. Ill have more buying power with prices POTENTIALLY decreasing and more money saved for down payment.can skip starter and go straight for forever home. Or i can buy now and take the risk of selling lower in 5 yr

Question: should the students be suspended or does their legal accomodation supercede district policy.
