When looking for Associate Program Management roles, all the searches come up as Business Analyst. I’m a systems engineer with 3 YOE so would moving to a business analyst be a step in the wrong direction? I feel like I don’t have enough YOE for a program manager role.

I love worked in tech my whole life so have a great resume, I’m moving to the USA in the next few months, I don’t have a university degree. Am I screwed or are tech companies in the US less concerned about degrees and will factor experience more?

Wish apps like BetterHelp were free. I can’t afford healthcare or therapy (I’m unemployed, and yes, I’ve tried seeking pro bono therapy options — no place anywhere nearby offers it.) I recently switched focus from FP&A to Finance Transformation with a 30% raise but really do not like the work and would like to transition back. Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. I don’t think HR or government is for me anymore and looking to find something new, now 24 feel I have a lot of transferable skills and knowledge but worried about private companies in other professions taking me seriously.
