I have a desk job where I’ll legit sit for 9hrs each day. I used to have hobbies on the computer, like video editing, writing code for side projects, sketching out app ideas. Lately I can’t stand to be at my desk anymore after work. Been watching too much tv instead. More so seems like it’s due to being in the same location for so many hrs each day. Interested in hearing thoughts about separating work desk from personal desk, and other hobbies you picked up to get away from the screen

My husband and I are going to start trying soon and are trying to get on the same page regarding childcare. I suggested daycare but my husband says he absolutely doesn’t want a “stranger” watching our child. Instead, he wants our moms to watch our child. As title says, am a PM. Not loving the work, I think I've realized that I don't do well when I don't have an actual contribution to the final work. Obviously schedules and keeping things in line are essential but I'm not actually giving anything to our projects.
