I am a Business Intelligence Developer with 4 years of Experience in Power BI, MS SQL, SSRS, SSIS and SSIS. I've also cleared the PL 300(Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate).
I am currently looking for opportunities in Europe, preferably in Germany/UK. Can anyone please guide me how I can do this? I have started applying through LinkedIn and Stepstone. I could only get one interview so far, after applying for around 100 positions. Can anyone who has done this b4 guide me here?

Recently, a recruiter from Protiviti reached out to talk to me about open roles in supply chain consulting, and I’m trying to decide if this would be a good move or not. I am from Mulesoft background with 12 yrs IT Experience and Got offers from Accenture and whishworks. Whishworks offer 2lacs more when compared with the fixed package. Designations are almost same(management level8) But Accenture provides 3lacs joining bonus and more variable pay(Accenture 27% whishworks 10%) which puts me in dilemma. I am looking job security and work life balance, which one do you suggest to choose??

I have an offer from PwC AC at 17 LPA fixed pay. Through with the interviews of Deloitte USI. Both positions are in Data and ML area.

I would like to know what you all have to say about these companies. Wlb is important for me. I know big4 are notorious for the same, but if I have to choose one, what would you suggest? Any other info on company culture in overall, any other benefits is also appreciated.

I am getting 492000 as RFB in PwC which includes 50000 contribution to NPS scheme. Just wanted to know that should I ask my employer to pay that 50000 from 492000 or should I tell my employer that I will enroll for the NPS scheme by myself and not to deduct 50000 for NPS and make the entire amount of 492000 as RFB.
