Sorry for the deloitte lingo. Scale is 1-5, 1 being top performer. 1/1 means you were top 5% both years. You don’t get a bonus as an analyst, so the first bonus you get is at the end of the C1 year. Top rated bonus might be 15-20%
I joined as C at 105k then got a 1 year promo to SC. Now at 121k

How many years of exp is C1?
C1 is your 3rd year out of undergrad. 98 is a 2/1, 105 is a 1/1
So 1/1 is top performer? What is the target bonus for C1? Asking just to see where our equivalent of C1s stand.
Ah I see - yep ours (my practice at least) is similar in terms of comp. target bonus is 15% and you can get above or below that based on ind performance and company performance
Which service area Op? S&O/Tech/HC? What was your base as a second year analyst? Seems like a great C1 base salary

2/1/1 is was only 90k as a C1 and then 100k as a C2. 1 YE rating bonus as a C was 16% for me last year

I wouldn’t expect much of a raise. Maybe to 110k best
I agree with D2.. the higher you are in the band.. the lower the raise. Unless you are a high performer

If you just joined 6 mo ago, probably with signing bonus too, you may not be eligible for a raise most likely till next year. But you could ask talent if you are eligible and find out

DD2: how many years of work ex do you have? Also, any specific tips to get that 1 rating...network? Work ur ass off? Etc.?!
I had 4 years work ex prior to joining+ a masters degree
