May I just say w respect… Fortune 500, growing, and 100% in office (which comes e additional commute and wardrobe costs). WHY ARE YOU NOT PAYING COMPETITIVE WAGES!? Sorry this is a teeny bit off topic to your question but its just lame! I hope you are fighting the good fight w your current employer.

Yeah, I’d leave that company. They seem ran by boomers and not embracing change. Youd have to pay more than market to get me to go into an office everyday.

Yes software engineers and recruiters are a hot commodity right now. I have had more emails and calls this month alone. I have two offers I am making decisions on now. If you are looking for growth go while the opportunity is there. We may never have this chance again.

I work at one of the biggest food&beverage company and we are having huge turnover among our recruiters because they are being offered way better salaries by other companies!!

I'd expect a premium to come into the office. Just because it's Fortune 500 doesn't make it a good employer. A lot of newer tech companies have way better salaries, benefits, and culture than the old established places that are still in office, coming to work in professional dress, preparing formal agendas for every checkin and interview. Sorry, I'll stay at home in my yoga pants and hoodie making 20%+ more!

I got a verbal offer from a company almost 3 months ago now. But due to it being close to the holidays, and having to schedule meetings with hiring managers (to join a team) around their PTO and the holidays, the timeline’s been looking kinda wonky. I got to talk to a manager a bit before Christmas time. I’ve emailed the recruiter who’s supposed to be letting me know of next steps a few times now since the new year, but it feels like she’s ghosting me. What should I do? I’m getting super anxious

Borders Perrin Norrander is hiring a seasoned Copywriter, an Assistant Media Buyer/Planner, and a Media Supervisor!

Experienced hire Manager here, informed before Christmas that I’ll be taking another lap but not because of performance (5/5 on scats and all operating at next level) or metrics (22mm in MR) but the only reason is I need more time in the “saddle”… During this time, I’ve been replying to recruiters and after a PPMD interview last week, I was offered an SM role at a smaller firm with a base pay increase of 45% (225k) over my current salary. Very much considering this… thoughts?

Hey guys. I have a technical interview with AlixPartners restructuring and turnaround team. This is for their summer intern position. I didn’t come from a restructuring background. What roles/companies offer global remote positions?
