For the first time in my life, I have a mouse problem in my apt. It’s a pre-war coop. Saw one for the first time in July in the middle of the day (!) landlord had someone come out and plug holes from where I saw it come from. Three months later, found a mouse in a glue trap and then some droppings. Been going crazy caulking and filling any opening with steel wool and caulk, but does anyone have experience with this?? Can someone help me understand if I’m doing this correctly? I contributed $6000 to my TIRA (using $ that came from my paycheck into my bank account -hence post tax) I then did an internal transfer to my ROTH IRA.
