Anyone else having trouble staying focused while working from home? I’m in a tiny apartment in NYC and with my husband and I both being here 24/7 I am feeling very trapped and never get any meaningful alone time, which I need. He normally travels a bit for work, so this is really different for us. My focus is shot, I’m terrified of getting laid off and yet am having trouble motivating myself. Any advice? Anxiety through the roof too.

I used to work out every morning at 6 AM before becoming a consultant, but now I wake up at 4:30 AM to get to work by 6 AM. Way too tired after work to work out — any suggestions/tips?
