I am a finance intern for LM since June of 2021. I’ve been working through the school year as well. I will graduate next spring, so I will have basically 2 years of experience in Corporate Finance. What would be my start salary with those 2YOE? I see a bunch of internal positions starting at $75k but it seems quite low of the NY area. How much do you guys make at 4YOE? I’d love to work with project management within finance eventually, instead of finance analysis.

Before I get the offer: Should I be getting more TC for a company with inappropriate or compromising content? I don't feel ethically opposed but I feel as a rule they should becuase it's harder to attract good talent.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

I worked at a company for 2 years, promoted 3 times and up for a 4th. However, I was sexually harrassed by an upper manager and the place became a very hostile environment that I had to resign from. It's been 2 years and I have worked at several companies that were toxic and underpaid but did not know it at the time.
