Hi fishbowlers! I’m beginning to feel like working at an rpo just isn’t for me, so starting to explore opportunities in house. I currently have a client director level role but essentially am managing delivery of rpo programs for defense and manufacturing clients. I’d love any leads you have in the manufacturing, defense or tech space.

At the beginning of covid, my firm cut pay and made the decision to halt lock-step increases this year. Makes sense. They have not reversed this despite the firm hitting over the projected budgets. They are also hiring over 10 new associates to start this month and next. They are milking this covid shit right? As a new joiner, would you work overtime just to stand out? Context: my manager is in the Hong Kong office while I’m in the US, so when he responds to my emails or assigns something to me, it is like 8 or 9pm my time. I joined PWC as a technology consultant to work as a tester, automation coding related work but i haven't got any training on that and plus now I'm working for an internal project for them. In that they have their own tool which will not be in use for other companies. It's going to be one year. I have no idea what to do as i joined this company to have experience in automation coding etc but nothing like that happened. Please suggest me should I switch or wait for them to change my project??
