Hi All,
Need suggestions here. Please help me out. I was interviewed with IBM and got selected. Waiting for offer letter. Meanwhile got selected in another company and got offer too. Put down my ppr. Offer from another company is way beyond than IBM almost 22% more in terms of fixed. Now I’m confused that once IBM releases their offer then should I ask them to match with my holding or not ? Will they consider for negotiations? What’s your thoughts? IBM

Unfortunately many don't consider training as work experience because you're not producing any productive work during that time frame. You're just learning. Experiece comes after.
😔 Oh okay
I think you could use you're time there as leverage for future opportunities. Do you have any coming up?
Yeah, i have one interview scheduled for next week
Did you manage to finish a project or were terminated before you got to do so?
Don't feel down. 70 is near. I don't know if this experience is good to show or not. I would suggest a sort of A/B testing with interviews. Tell some of the companies but not others and see which gets you better results.
If you're going to include your recent job where you got terminated, it will be a reason for them to doubt the qualification you have for the job in your upcoming interviews. Regarding your training experience, you should include that it went well. But if it's the experience where you got terminated, you can just tell them that you went through such training but don't mention the termination. However, before you do so, make sure that they won't ask for a certificate of employment if it shows the termination record. It might really be an obstacle to get hired.
Just a different thought. . Why can't you ask them for retest to clear the evaluation again.
70 is so close right..
Be confident and brave, polielty ask for a second chance.. since you are fresher.. chance are likely...
