Does anyone have experience with Ben Glass’s “Great Legal Marketing” programs? https://greatlegalmarketing.com
I ordered a free “starter kit” from his company and received a decent-sized box with some books and audio CD’s. Haven’t listened to the CD’s yet, but the books aren’t bad, with plenty of practical advice.
Now he’s running a promotion where you can get two months of his basic-level course for just $19.95 to cover the cost of shipping. It seems that Ben is one of the better-regarded legal marketing “gurus” out there.

I am not a T&E attorney but I am a tax attorney and worked with WealthCounsel numerous times. I think it’s a good program for drafting but you def need a basis of T&E law when using it. I think that program coupled with CLE or other learning guides should suffice
I am a WealthCounsel member and have learned immense amounts on its platform, having had no background in the area whatsoever. The drafting software is pretty good, although I do have to customize quite a bit. They are working on that... But possibly the greatest value I've gotten from them is the learning aspect. I still fold in a good bit of local bar CLE to understand state law, but the WC videos, articles, and archived webinars are outstanding. You can really master the subject area on their platform.
I think it's a good practice area, especially if you already have years under your belt in a different area.
Following. I am also interested in T&E but have no experience with it
Never did trusts and estates, but had to teach myself family law. Westlaw has a number of state specific "bibles" on various practice areas. I splurged on their Pennsylvania Family Law book and have zero regrets. Also, whatever virtual CLE's your state bar offers on the subject... watch all of them.
But how to get paying clients??
WTEP is far more complex than people realize. If you're only drafting Estate Planning docs, but _not_ doing Estate
Administration, then possibly WC could get you where you want to be. But I wouldn't recommend it by itself.
