I was interviewed for a position in Wholesale Banking. Completed the HR round salary discussion too. I haven't heard back from them. It's been a couple of weeks. Is it normal for HSBC to delay the offer letter, or have I been rejected?! Should I check back with the HR again?! Kindly help me with how hiring works in HSBC and what I should do now 🙂 HSBC India

Hey fishes!
I saw that in open pd my mid year review is not submitted by me & hence not approved by my manager. It is still in open form. I have joined KGS last year in oct. Some how I wasn't aware with this mid year review thing on open pd. Will this create any problem with year end review. I am really worried about this.

75th percentile is 133k
Depending on location, experience, negotiating skills. NJ pays well due to cost of living so you should be on the higher end.

Correct! Right now auxiliary staff in medical fields and nurses are absolutely killing it. Traveling nurses do very well right now too. In the dental field, we have hygienists (due to demand and shortage after COVID), being paid $100/hr for cleaning teeth. That’s more money than new graduate dentists earn right out of school, which is 4 years Bachelors and 4 years Dental versus a Hygienist with a 2 year Associate.
I think this is the Google answer.
Google will sometimes not discern between RN and NP salaries and it will sometimes not discern the difference between NP and CRNA salaries. I’m not debating the salary range you offered, but have made note of this issue with google
Yes, I live in NJ and work in NY because the salary difference between NJ and NY is very large. I do not think that nurses in NJ make $133k unless in a management position and even then I don’t think it’s that high. I know I was getting $35/hr as a home care nurse last year in NJ and was making almost $50/hr at my full time job in NY. So I would take Google results with a grain of salt.

Yes I live in NJ and I have plenty of nurse as patients. Obviously by my title you’d know I’m a dentist and not a nurse lol.
