I am a new consultant and have quickly learned that my lack of skill in Excel is hindering my ability to get staffed on client projects. It continues to be a feedback point for me. Does anyone have any experience getting over this learning curve? Are there any programs / courses out there (free or paid) that can help me get to where I need to be (just DECENT) in a short amount of time (2-3 weeks) ? I'm just so tired of this being an impediment, and I'm willing to put in the work

I spoke to Leadership about the pressure and impact it had on me.I requested support with more resources but I was replaced on the project. This was looked upon as escalation. My promotion has been due for 2ys, now with this practice and situation it's tough. What should I do? Look for opp outside?
