I am a new consultant which I am excited about. However, I want to move to another firm that has more clients in my area of interest. Should I stay where I am and get promoted then leave? Or should I try to make the jump after I have worked at my current company one year.

I am aiming to become an HR Advisor by the end of the year. I have a 1st class degree in Business with Human Resource Management which is CIPD Level 5 accreditated. Does anyone know of any qualifications or courses I'd need to help me become an HR Advisor?

I am working as a staff after completing my MBA.(was a fresher when I joined , now YOE: 2 years)
It just doesn’t feel right right to start from the very scratch in a MNC after post-grad.

My MBA batchmates are placed as AM’s and M’s with good packages. I am still struggling.

I am not comparing, but feel my skills are gonna go to waste

Started in big 4 audit, qualified after 3.5yrs then moved to big 4 ops consulting within the same industry vertical (FS) and have spent 2.5 years here with progressions but no promotion. Unsure if i should stay or leave? What have realistic exit opps are there from consulting apart from ops manager/change manager?

Been with a girl for few months, really enjoyed moments that we shared together and barely got into any fights. But, somehow somewhat, I don’t see that we share the same vision in our career path. She wants to settle for administration roles while I want work & travel to multiple countries, really hard for her to find those opportunities within her current roles. I like her personality a lot but I feel like really hard to share interesting topics/ my works with her. Any advice please?

I graduated with my bachelor's in HRM and I'm wondering if there are any certifications or trainings I could do before I lock down on the SHRM-CP. I accepted an offer w Accenture ATL months ago (90k TC - 77 base, 10 sign, 3 bonus) w start Sep 26. I'm now looking to relocate to DC. I just got an offer from Slalom (103k TC - 95 base, 7.6 bonus). The base is higher than I expected, but was hoping for some sort of signing/relocation. Do I have grounds to negotiate for this based on my other offer? If so, how much can I reasonably ask for?

I'm also waiting to hear back from Capital One which has TC of 120k (96 base, 20 signing, 4 bonus).
