Hi everyone,
I am looking for a job, in operations or project management background.
I have a total experience of 13 years, my last job was an assistant manager with concentrix.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

I can relate.

It’s time for me to move on from my back office/CBS job at EY. I’ve been able to get through to recruiter and hiring manager screening round with FAANG employers and some tech companies but never beyond that. How can I differentiate myself when I’m probably also up against our client facing colleagues in consulting. I have about 12 years experience (7 at EY doing the same thing).
Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Your utilization will show as 0 since it's not a billable external client code, but it's still a real project so when you submit an adjusted utilization number you will count the hours the same as client hours
Counts towards your utilization goal so while your not on a project, I would take it to ensure you meet your goals.

Is this a full time role? Taking on an internal role for your first project may not directly affect your performance review but I personally don’t think it’s setting you up for strong performance and actually learning the job. If it’s a part time initiative that happens to have utilization credit, awesome, but finding a client facing role would be better learning for you.
As others have said, adjusted utilization counts towards your utilization target as a client WBS would.
It’s a part-time internal initiative (4-5 hours a week). Do you think 4-5 hours is an accurate reflection of the time commitment
