What are the companies or roles should I target in order to raise my income? (PS - I am not interested in non technical or consulting roles)

I'm considering a job change from my well regarded commercial litigation firm to a more relaxed, WFH ID firm. My current billable requirement is 2000, but for partnership it seems to be 2200+. There's no work from home, and there's an old fashioned dress code. I like the complexity of the work I do, but I don't want to kill myself to make a living. Hi UK Fish, going into a promotion (from C to SC) and raise discussion tomorrow at a boutique consulting firm. Currently at 62.5k. Bonus was up to 10% but all I got was a measly 2%, slow pipeline maybe but I wasn't told why (will raise tomorrow). A recent acquisition has resulted in losing our annual xmas week off and a learning budget of 1k. I know for a fact that last year they were looking to hire SCs at 70k. Is a base raise to 75k a fair ask?

Any tips for asking for a mid year riase when a raise was already given in December/January? (7% for hitting above quota numbers) I started to realize the new external hires on my team make 10-15k higher than me for the same role.
