First off, congrats - not many people get the sort of opportunities you have been given. You decision will depend on your long term goals. If what you want to do is make things, FB is what you need. The only issue is whether you want to be at a company that is as vilified. If you want to get the business stuff first, McKinsey is one of the best places you could go. However, it's consulting and you'll be on the low end so you are more likely to be sent to a project in Poughkeepsie than Manhattan. as for money, you should squeeze McKinsey in a competitive situation - tell them you have an offer from fb. So both have ups and downs.

I’m Latino; I don’t appreciate being referred to as Latinx. I advocated to our office Latino ERG that we should drop the Latinx name and change the ERG back to the Latino / Hispanic name it was a couple years ago. It wasn’t even close. The vast majority of Latinos wanted it to be Latino/Hispanic, so we are changing it back to what it was.
