In light of all discussions on FB, it seems to me that individuals at our firm have been removed out of EY beyond PIP related issues.
To help the community brace itself, please provide facts on your Utilization, level, leads, YoE at EY, and network.
My experience seems that the ones let go, had weak network.

What were some challenges y’all faced this week?

I’ll start. Trying to get non local resources utilized. National Leadership thinks this is the answer to our problems but local leadership is hesitant.

Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

How does it feel to earn less than US Consultants while also struggling for utilization

What are the digital tools that all the big 4 utilized? I know pwc we use tableau and alteryx. Is EY and Deloitte using the same tools?

For the past several months I've watched painfully as my utilization suffered because I was assigned to a project that does not allow me to be fully utilized (EM also nitpicks hours billed)...my manager and ppmd are already aware of the situation but haven't offered up another engagement.
