I am a slowly losing my mind. I try to do my absolute best in all that I do, I work more than 40 hours a week with no complaining or expectation of anything, but I feel like my career has been spent getting kicked off the “ladder” just when I start to climb because I cannot always be “powered on” by 8:00 A.M. but I am the one that prefers salary because I don’t have to ask for overtime when I have a deadline or heavy workload and work until 2:00 A.M.

I feel really really ANGRY, I can’t do anything right now matter how hard I try. I’m a 27 year old guy with aspergers. I tried dating so much but have never had a gf. I might be accepting a role that brings me to $165/170k base and $200/$205k TC with 5 YOE. Current base comp is $135k and TC $145k. I have a couple of questions with this move. This would be my 4th firm in 5 years. I don’t know if this matters, I’ve been jumping and interviewing around and no firm has batted an eye or cared. But unsure if this actually matters in the long run? I’d love to stay in the same place but the salary increases I’m getting with no MBA are lucrative.
