I am about to graduate with a bachelors degree and offered a contract to sign with the CPA firm that I have been working for about a year now. It is located in a midsize town in PA. I have generated over $100k in revenue in the past year and also heavily relied on. It is a smaller firm with around 1,600 clients. With one CPA, a senior accountant, and myself. When I am offered my salary package, what dollar figure should I be expecting. I am having a hard time getting a round about answer.

PSA - if you have an interview on zoom, please don’t look through your notes in the middle of the interview. I just interviewed someone who would pause for long periods of time to obviously look through his notes before answering questions. He was doing this on his computer and I could actually hear his mouse scrolling loudly as he flipped through notes. Needless to say, it was hard to build rapport and it made me question his ability to think on his feet.
