Cure me with strawberry flav 🤤

My joining with TCS was on 25th August but didn't got any invite mail or joining letter, when I called HR and asked she told me that it got delayed.
For how much time TCS can delay the joining. I already resigned from my current company, Is there any problem with BGC or what I don't understand.

I saw this on Patricia Polacco’s Facebook page!

I’ve applied to AE and AM positions at Amazon and Uber but I can never seem to get past the 1st interview. I have 7yrs sales experience and consistently top3 AM, I sell automotive chemicals and provide business development consolation. I used to have the ability to see a breakdown of past sales, but my company took that away (although I was able to save 2019,2020,&2021 numbers). Any advice on how to get past the 1st interview with hiring manager?

Get the new organization to pay you that commission as a "signing bonus".
Get org 1 to pay it out and then ask for a sign on at org 2 stating you’re leaving money on the table at org 1.
Just be up front with them and ask them when you should expect your owed commissions to be paid out. I know most organizations will make you wait at least a month or 2 for any potential chargebacks given that applies to you, otherwise, if it’s in your contract, don’t stress on it, real easy civil suit win if they attempted not to
Agreed, and I think you need further documentation to ensure they WILL do it. Maybe suggest like a potential payment plan or something? They will definitely need some form of accountability from your end to keep it moving
They are entitled to give you your money. As the contract states, they have 6 months and then you are able to take legal action. I hope that it doesn't get that far and you can get your money.
Consult a lawyer
Yeah, get out of there now especially if they already owe you that much. How upsetting...and embarrassing that you've met goals and they can't even walk their walk.
Where is the company based?
MA
A contract is a contract. Don't let them off the hook so easily. If they can't come up with the funds (which would be very upsetting imo), they can certainly still offer you stock or other benefits.
Reach out to HR or accounting to ask when you can expect to get your money and if they can't give you a straightforward answer then bring up other ways in which they can pay--stocks, bonds, equity, etc.
Be careful if they are sleezy they can pay you out in minimum wage. Best recommendation is get a lawyer
Get your last big check before you give notice.
That could takes months.
Get a letter from HR on how much you are owed and when they are paying it. If they are squirrely about it, have an employment attorney to send a letter to them.
It will be a labor dispute. If they cannot fulfill their obligation, then you should talk to a lawyer. But you can also talk to them first.
