I am about to start a kitchen remodel project and am having so many issues with getting appliances. We ordered them in July and some are still trickling in late (dishwasher and wine fridge). The hood for our stove may not get here until after the rest of the work is done in January. Now, I just found out the sink won’t be here until May!! Our supply chain systems are so screwed up and I don’t know how we get back on track. What are the solitons for getting things running smoothly again?

Been on a project for 2 weeks and thinking it’s not for me. The manager is kind of rude when I ask for help/direction, but he always says to ask if things are uncertain. He always has this condescending attitude and just keeps telling me that he expects more of someone at my level, C. I'm in the middle of a background check with Deloitte for a Project Delivery role. In the background check application I listed my previous employers - Cognizant/Teksystems etc but my resume only had the client names I worked at . Does this pose a problem if Deloitte HR compares my resume to the background check form ? Also my title within cognizant might have been an associate but my resume mentions the designation for the client. Is this a reason for concern? Will they ask me to justify it ?

Client issue - I’m on one of my client’s supervisor’s “bad list.” Our firm requires updates every 60-90 days. Rarely miss sending reports on time, but some of the clients request updates every 20-30 days. I try to respond timely, but don’t always, often will just send a reply saying I will have this for you within 1 week or ASAP. Although I'm pro-choice, I can understand the pro-life arguments (to an extent) .. Until they bring religion into it...thats where they completely lose me and I move back to the pro-choice side.

I know I took out the loans and I should repay them and I’m normally fiscally conservative and against giving out free money. But I am hoping student loans get completely cancelled. It would greatly boost the economy if people do not have them hanging over their heads. However, forgiving what is currently there won’t help long term if the predatory practices around student loans aren’t fixed along with soaring tuition prices and salaries for administrators.

Any other person that commitment gives the creeps? Even as just a word. Like joint accounts, discussing everything, sharing everything?
