I received an email today from recruiter asking for a phone interview which I’m so happy to hear from but I applied about a month ago. I moved on and applied internally for a different role as a transfer. This new role is a promotion and my start date is next week. I immediately responded back to the recruiter and agreed to the phone interview for tomorrow 5/4…. Do I mention any of the above to them? Do I tell them I just accepted a new role and different position? Please advise

Best way to keep moving during winter?

I really like walking outside but cannot do it in winter as I am not used to cold climates.
Working out at home - I tend to quickly lose motivation.
Going to a gym is not an option. So what's the best way to move within home?
