You need to be more consistent with your workouts and this will stop happening.
Shorter term, you should spend some time passively stretching key muscle groups you worked immediately after a workout and go for a power walk or super light jog the next AM
Yeah consistency is key. I think full body workouts 3 X a week is what I am trying for. Instead I end up doing 3 muscle group workouts (legs, chest , back)
Biofreeze and glutamine.
Strongly second glutamine. Increase water intake and stretch
Consistently do full body workouts that are a little less intense on each muscle group at first — work your way up to isolation workouts!

Thank you! I need to do more research before clogging people’s feeds 😬
“The cure for sore is more.” You need to work out more frequently, maybe at lower intensity.
Epsom salt soaks
You need to 1) work out more consistently (eg don't take several weeks off from it) 2) stretch more after you work out 3) consume more protein 4) get more high quality sleep (eg don't drink or smoke before bed)
BCAAs and Epson salt soaks
Keep moving but less intensity
To all who have responded. Is there an inflection point between not working out because you’re sore and working out anyways despite being sore?
Movement can help soreness. So for example if I'm sore from weights, light yoga that is more about stretching and less about strength is fine. So just tailor your expectations for that recovery workout. Or skip it and chillax. You earned it.
Stretching and organic freshly squeezed Orange juice
Like most people say, work out consistently. I use Xs CBD cream or Spray and helps a lot with soreness.
