I am an IT manager at a small manufacturing company that is in the commercial aerospace and DOD manufacturing space. I manage everything IT and have one other person and an intern currently for around 250 employees. I have been there for just 15 years and it’s stressful. I don’t feel like I am paid enough as now I have NIST 800-171 and CMMC to deal with as well. I am paid with bonus at $120k a year. I have started looking elsewhere because I am just not happy anymore and underpaid for what I do.

Is this a good deal? Recruiter said 130K is fair enough for MI state.

I work in Seattle and another recruiter from some company said he can offer 150K (remotely work from Seattle)

Think the below is a good offer, though the recruiter used "Sr. Manager" title while internally its only Manager level with "promise to elevate soon". Recruiter also said this is their max deal (take it or leave it):

New company: fintech, $220k base, 15% bonus, $100k stock paid equally over 4years.

Little about me: 15+years in on-prem/cloud infrastructure, including 8 years of management of 8-15 people. 90% team vs 10% tech.

As I'm moving to a new role in a small company, I have a doubt about my salary structure like the Basic salary part is only 20,000 while my take home is 62k after all deductions.

I'm concerned because the leave encashment & other things totally depends on the basic salary.

I’ve been with my current company for 2 years in Oct. and we recently hired a new person in my department for the exact same salary I’ve been making after a raise last year. This new hire had minimal relevant experience. I was made an integral part of the interview and hiring process, but wasn’t sure how to vocalize my issues with the salary during the process.
