I manage everything IT and have one other person and an intern currently for around 250 employees. I have been there for just 15 years and it’s stressful. I don’t feel like I am paid enough as now I have NIST 800-171 and CMMC to deal with as well. I am paid with bonus at $120k a year. I have started looking elsewhere because I am just not happy anymore and underpaid for what I do.

Working for a Web3 startup as a consultant, they want to convert me to W2 as VP Product. I’d be W2 employee 3 or 4. I was making $75/hr as a contractor working ~45hrs/wk. and they want to offer $125k and 2.5% equity vested over 2 years. does senior data analyst necessarily make less than DS? I always want to be a DS, but as I research more I realize DS might also wear the hat of business analyst.
