What’s the general base salary for a Sr. Programmatic trader(>3 YOE) in a city like Chicago? I’m talking to trade desk in particular about this role. Hey guys! I transfered to big law from a small firm where I had always worked with 1/2 Juniors who were working for me exclusively.

Now I share 7-8 juniors with a lot of people. I have problems with them taking work since they say they have too much on their plate, and thet dont produce quality deliveries in time (looks like they half ass it or dont invest time) (2/8 Juniors do fine)
