I am beginning the process for a business data analyst position at RedHat. Any insights? Role will be closely related to SQL and Tableau. We have already briefly discussed salary and are OK with range and the benefits are profoundly better than what I’m used to. Would love to hear more about the hiring process so I feel more comfortable going into the interview- seems like a really good fit even though I don’t have 100% of the skills on their “most desired” list. Thank you.

Did you already interview? I think I am late to this one.

Still no. I reached out but they said that the hiring manager has been very ill. Sounds ominous.

I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...

2 months later and I am still waiting...

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. And even if I try to talk to him for something he is completely rude. Sometimes it makes me that I m completely useless. Even the other team members are following the lead

This post is an alert message for anyone joining the Johnson & Johnson EMEA account for SAP & had Rakesh Sharma for their Manager round.

He is nothing less than a con man & will promise you a lot to make you join the account. After that he will put you in testing projects. If you ask for a release, he will either not release you or release with a very bad rating and influence other project managers to not take you into their projects.

You will be left with no choice other than leaving TCS.
