I have an offer from JPMC and joining is on the 23rd of this month. I have given 2 rounds of interviews in Dell and they said I'm selected, only one round is pending and they need 1-2 weeks of time to release the offer. Should I wait for a Dell offer or join JPMC.

I have already spoken to the Manager and MD at JPMC regarding the project and other things. So I'm confused whether not to join JPMC or not.

Dell is ready to offer around 6-7 LPA more than JPMC

HOA - doing something without approval.....was planning to change my windows without hoa approval but my neighbour snitched. Found myself in a conversation with the branch manager (white male pushing thru his late 60's) about holiday decorations. I just told him how I've been directed by corporate to keep the winter holiday decorations as non denominational and he nearly exploded. Starts saying how Christmas is the "American Way" and "nobody is going to take MY Christmas" and "this is MY BRANCH, I will decorate for CHRISTMAS" and so much more. I'm just flabbergasted, frustrated but not surprised.

Need advice on some situation. I have 2 offers. Second offer i received after accepting 1st one during notice period. And they have offered little bit less than 1st company but have said to give a revised offer letter by the end of this week.
