I am contemplating making the jump from climbing the corporate ladder (most recently a director of sales and customer operations) to owning and operating a niche franchise. So wanna run something by you all. Looking at insurance plans. There are 4 plans that allow an HSA. 3 of the 4 are identical.
500 firm contribution to HSA = ~21/ pay period. Add that to lowest HSA premium plan. It still comes out lower than the out 3 plans. So what am I missing?

I have a question. I have 80k in student loans. I picked the option knowing I will pay 200-300 every month for 30 years. This amount is totally doable given my salary. Why are people so opposed to this type of arrangement this is much better than paying 1-2k every month for a much shorter period.

AMA: International Travel (US to Europe) During Coronavirus! I found very little info on this topic before my trip and had a bunch of questions which I wish someone could have helped with.
