Today, I found a solution to a design problem. But it is late in the project, and several already finished elements would need to be changed, and it's a little beyond scope. What would you do?

"Everybody can be a leader" some say... "Leaders are nurtured not born" say others... True.
But... this is also true: "not everybody wants to be a leader" (whether they can or can't be). It is a fairly common practice in organizations with traditional career management structures for people to "be promoted" into leadership roles as the "end steps of the corporate ladder" that was climbed doing technical work. And, unfortunately, this doesn't work all the time
Happy Monday! So what's the deal with all the avatar craze right now- teachers making Bitmojis and Flat Teachers of themselves? Are you into it?
Does anyone know how much salary an associate consultant at IQVIA should request with 2.5 years of prior experience in consulting?
Has anyone left accounting/finance entirely for an entirely new career that doesn't involve being behind a desk most of the time?
What did you move into?
How did you juggle responsibilities like kids, wife, mortgage etc?
I've been in accounting for almost 20 years and I'm ready for something completely unrelated.

Spent 4+ years as CMO of startup company. It was an incredible learning experience but also a very difficult uphill battle trying to steer the owners and the company in the right direction. I’ve just exited the company as of 11/18. The owners expected to storm the marketplace and emerge as a number one brand at only 6 years old without putting in the work.Company had a very hard time understanding the concept of a unique value proposition. Hoping to find a new remote (full time) position ASAP
Any interview tips for Euromonitor? particularly for the consultant position?
Thank you in advance!

What is a responsible salary to ask for as a dietitian in the greater Seattle area? Most jobs are offering 70-75,000$ and although that is a good salary I can’t afford to live around Seattle if I accept that. I’ve been a dietitian for 5 years and it seems like dietitians aren’t paid fairly for the work load we are expected to take on.
I have been given new bosses 2x in 60-90 days. We now have 15 minute huddles every morning on bus dev activities. The newest boss who I now directly report is with us 5 weeks. The one before him that is with us for 90 days I reported to until 2 weeks ago. Yesterday at the 90 day guy disrespected me in front of the team in the huddle. I text him after & told him that. Should he apologize? He hasn't. It ruined my day.
I saw something on Thursday that made me very angry. Amerisourcebergen has offices in Russia and found something on the hr site the they have decided to keep their Russian operations going while other companies have pulled support out of Russia. This company is more worried about its money than anything else

I have been a phlebotomist for the last three and a half years with quest. I have over 20 years of experience. And have been trying to transfer to a different state. I believe that I am being blocked from my transfer even though my manager approves it on paper. Is there any way I can find this out. If I can't successfully transfer I may have to look for work outside of my current employer.

Looking for a career opportunity that I can make $100k+. I have been in dental for about 10 years and held a ton of roles ranging from front desk to operations and training. I feel like I have so much experience and an amazing skillset to bring to an organization but struggling to know where to go, HELP! **open to leaving dental
Very close to receiving a job offer for a fast growin start-up company related to dental. It is located in SF which unfortunately is not Americas most expensive city to live in (I’d have to move there). Started pricing apartments and will need an offer of about $135k to qualify for housing but anything I find for a salary reference says the company plays about 95k in SF - how do I justify my experience and drive to the company to show my value or is that too big of a wage gap to bridge? TY!!
Amerisourcebergen doesn't care about its employees. We have no mental health awareness. Leadership only promotes people who kiss ass the most qho have no managerial experience and pass people who actually have experience in a manager role. Leadership never helps you with anything. Managers write you up for no reason amd threaton your job constantly. Ive have leasherip threaten my job while on FMLA and write me up for taking too much time off
Paternalistic Hierarchy: how can you manage?
Hi I work in patient finance and I am desperately bored with my job. I have a bachelors which isn’t a requirement for my role. I have been applying non stop to jobs that do require a bachelors and I am qualified for. Either I don’t get called for an interview or when I do I’m not selected. I have followed up with some of the interviewers and they all told me I interview well. I am so tired of disappointment that I feel like giving up and just settling. I don’t know what to do.
