Hi all,
What Will be the in hand salary

Hi Fishes,
I am currently working world's largest beer company. I have current CTC of 25 LPA and I am expecting hike of 10% at least within the company.
I got interviewed at Pepsi Co for Lead -2 position and have cleared all the rounds. How much can I expect, I have just asked 30% on current CTC.
Please do let me know as it will be very helpful. Do they provide relocation allowance, do i need to submit any documents for them. Also, do they offer any joining bonus?

Hi everyone! I need to re schedule an interview but I have no recruiter to reach out to at all. I received a link for an interview with Deloitte Philly and the only two time slots offered are when I'll be on a plane. It says to reach out to my recruiter for any questions but I have no recruiter! No one personally ever reached out to me. I tried calling the office but since I have no name they can't help. Been reaching out on LinkedIn but also nothing. What can I do? This is really stressful.
McKinsey and BCG consultants: how impactful would the difference between the two firm's flight policies (>90 mins business class for BCG vs >3.5hrs for McK) be to one's experience as a consultant? Do McK folks usually end up getting upgraded anyways as your flight status increases? Do BCG folk feel that the first-class perk provides them with a significantly better travel experience? Would love your thoughts :)

Pay depends on experience, scale of firm, and cost of living in city. For the longest time architecture interns weren’t getting paid at all and so now they think 15 an hour (which is minimum wage in some places) is enough.
You can and should be getting at least livable wage.
Are you also receiving school credit for the internship? If so, I think you need to factor that into the "pay". Basically, look at the cost of the regular course and then if you're getting credit without paying for the official course then you're really being paid more.
I am not receiving school credit for my job.
$15 per hour is reasonable for a student. It's difficult to find a high paying job if you are still a student to be honest. If he can help you find a high paying one, then why not.
Haha this is interesting. I had a similar argument with my gf except that this time I refused a return offer for my 25/hr fintech position(internship), because it’s low for me, for an IB position where I will make 68/Hr(also internship).
Personally, I think 15 per hour is minimum wage and if you have a college degree you’re under earning.
As far as your relationship goes, I think it depends on how important money is to him and you. This could escalate seriously if you settle for a 15/Hr and he feels you’re not contributing enough financially for your goals. Believe me, it will drive him away eventually.
I think it depends on your state and the firm. I am making $22/hr as a student intern.
For an internship, I think that's great...like it's fine to stick with it, but I would maybe negotiate a bit higher now that you've been there longer and have gained some experience
