I am currently a tax analyst for a mid size firm. I have been offered a senior analyst position at a big 4 firm with a $20,000 increase in pay. This big 4 office seems stable throughout the crisis...mine doesn’t seem 100% stable. I only want to stay in public practice for 1 more year until I get my cpa. What should I do?

I have two referrals for a position that I’m trying to apply to, however only one of the employee referrals is showing “attached” to the application. I accepted both employee referrals and they both show under my google account, but for the specific job application (which hasn’t been submitted yet) that one referral just won’t show up!!
