I have an offer from HPE, they are offering 21.5 lpa fixed + 2lakh joining bonus + 1 lpa rsu, yoe 5.6 years. Banglore location.
My current organization IBM is ready to match the offer. Now Im confused to accept it or not.
What would you suggest should I go for HPE or stay back with IBM.
