I resigned in EY GDS during probation.

Current CTC : 13 LPA fixed + 1 lac JB which I have to return.

Deloitte USI offer : 15 LPA fixed + 5 lac JB

EY GDS is ready to match the offer in hand. Should I stay? I have very good reputation in GDS but WLB sucks.
