Yes, salary negotiations usually go around 10-15% above the offer price

I would ask, and let them know you have an offer with that amount - that makes it a bit more tangible and also tends to speed stuff up

I would ask for no less than 85k.

Should I really join Deloitte USI?

I resigned in EY GDS during probation.

Current CTC : 13 LPA fixed + 1 lac JB which I have to return.

Deloitte USI offer : 15 LPA fixed + 5 lac JB

EY GDS is ready to match the offer in hand. Should I stay? I have very good reputation in GDS but WLB sucks.

Please advise. Thanks.
