I am currently job searching. I have multiple job interviews within the next week for roles across the board. I’m trying for find my “forever home”, a company I feel passionate about, and a job that I will love and enjoy. It’s varies from marketing, medical billing, radio sales, and banking. I don’t want to say yes to the first job offered until I’ve completed all the interviews. Is there a professional way to tell a recruiter I’m still shopping around without them losing interest in me?

I interviewed for a position at Microsoft recently and I'm a bit confused by the experience. The recruiter wanted to know my exact salary at my current company...He said hiring managers will not even look at my resume until I share my numbers. I declined to share my current comp and he said if I wanted to move forward I have to share that info.

Do I have to disclose this? And is there a way for them to verify it if I say a higher number?

Billable hour question: is anyone else just completely incapable of keeping up with your time? I’ve been an attorney for 3 years now and tried everything I can think of to figure this out but I just can’t do it.
