Hey guys, I joined on 8th July but I didn't get my salary today? Will I be getting salary after I complete 1 month?

Usually this is how my month goes..
1st week- pay bills and plan what to buy
2nd week- do the pricematch and order stuff
3rd week- wait for the deliveries and open if received
4th week- enjoy the delivered items, and wait for salary cause broke already 😂
