I am currently with my employer for almost 3 years 7 months. I just joined back after my maternity leave.
I was expecting a promotion when I joined back because I have been working towards it since 2021 Q2 but they are still considering it. My base pay was 80K when i joined in 2019 and since then with pandemic and all current pay is 84.5K.
How do i negotiate my promotion and how much should i ask?

Let them know that your growth has been stagnant since you joined and talk about your positive contributions. Also might help to start looking outside to gauge industry standards for your skill and experience and jump the ship if you find a better opportunity.

Do you know the salary range for my role? I was going to put my range as 110 to 120 K.

DM me! I have a great recruiter I can connect you with who can discuss salary for Salesforce roles with you.

💲For those who DON'T think a six figure salary is possible:

👉Just ask for it. Really, you would be surprised. Might be easier to switch to a new company and ask. I did that 3 years into my career.

And 🛑 wasting your time at a company that under-values you severely. Sometimes switching companies every 2 years or so will allow you to keep raising the bar for yourself.

I’m the bottle neck. I’m the one who needs to move these things along. But there’s always something bigger and more urgent. Nothing’s ever FINISHED.

I have an interview for a LTC/Rehab Nurse Manager, Infection Preventionist position next week. My base salary is $40/hour as a charge nurse. With overtime I’ll be finishing the year about $15000 above my base pay. I have questions: first, I know I’ll be putting in at least the same number of hours I’m current working (50+/wk). How do I leverage that to avoid a pay cut. Also, any tips from people in this position?

I started dating this guy some months before covid struck.. he was literally crazy about me. He even stayed in Hyderabad for months just so that we could meet once before he went on to stay with his family. After that it had been a real roller coaster. Sleeps or Vists his relatives or works on Sundays. Sometimes I feel he no longer loves me.
