I am currently working as a command center security, making 37k per year. I am on my first year of college learning Cybersecurity. What can I do to be able to make 100k+ per year after 2 years?

You should look into getting some internship experience!

Build your skillset outside of work hours. Use your spare time to expand your knowledge and learn to use new tools. The more you bring to the table, the more you can command in compensation. There is so much information available online - make use of it.

This is what I would suggest as well. You'll need to build your skillset. Udemy has some great courses!

Industrial Company:
- Would pay for grad school
- Comp is insane
- Work is more niche
- Company culture is rough
- MBB / tech exit
- smaller less known company

Tech Company:
- Cool company
- well known
- Enter tech early on
- Salary lower than other by a lot
- PM / Biz Ops exits

Both companies have good MBA placement. What would you do?

Okay I've read alot on here, a lot about money, a lot about finding mentor's, some taking less money for a job that you obviously asked for more and are settling for. Let me start by saying what the hell is y'all's problem. I'm sure growing up y'all were taught morals and integrity, honesty, and loyalty. The real world out here is torturous, it's is extreme hard, intimidating, manipulative, all around negative, if you allow your mind to do all that to you.

Im currently studying Industrial Engineering with a minor in management. I’m interviewing currently for consulting, and theres a VC course at my school that seems really interesting but I can’t fit it into my schedule without removing the last class I need for my minor. Would not getting that minor do any harm to me short or long term? Im thinking that if I end up at consulting especially no one will care about a management minor they’ll just look at the firm I worked for.
