Hi all, I am needing some help with a salary negotiation. I am trying to relocate to Pittsburgh area. I have 3.5 years of experiences now and getting offered between 80k-85k for base salary for a senior accountant or reporting analyst position. Does this sound about right? Hello! I’m happy with my current role, great team, great hours, fulfilling mission.

I am not challenged as much as I’m used to day-to-day as I was in previous roles.

I work in BofA and i have 2 YOE in QA but i no longer wish to continue in this role. I am more inclined towards data analyst role. How can i switch and will be it difficult for me as i don’t have the background or experience in that field. I have experience in SQL and currently i am learning excel and power BI. Planning to do some relevant projects also. Will it be enough for the transition or should i do something else also. Please guide.
