Imo, you are already paid good according to current market standards.
Switch should be at least 30-40% hike so 36-40 lpa for 6 yoe for front end dev , right now market is hard for such packages unless you are super skilled which you know better.
Plus if you move to metros, for hybrid work add 30-40k a month for expenses.
That's around 4 lacs extra and also don't forget to add that 30% tax.
So calculate from in hand perspective.
Without a remote job you would need to break even 34-35 lpa with the same in hand salary, so to make it worth at least get 40 lpa.
Give interviews and ask for 40 lpa at least , if you crack then join, otherwise enjoy remote work until it lasts.
