What are exit ops from TAS?
I changed to project management. It was tough because I didn’t have any experience or knowledge in that area. I eventually found a position but I had to start at basically an entry level wage, and the imposter syndrome was real (and kind of justified since I really didn’t know anything about the industry). I was and am very happy with the move though.
Any advice on breaking into project management? Something on your resume that helped you stand out? Trying to pivot from sales to product or project management but the requirements are pretty lofty even for entry level positions. Thank you!

I moved from insurance sales to an institutional desk then the great recession happened and I got principal licenses and pivoted to management. I would like to go back to some sort of sales or business development eventually, I’m just not interested in the FA route.
I have a handful of non-captive insurance agents/brokers with whom I work who offer a legal/privacy/credit resource in addition to their insurance business. It has greatly enhanced their personal financial freedom. It may not be that insurance is not the perfect fit as opposed to sales. As a professional seller there is no fee to open your own business (not MLM) and you will receive the highest commission level from day one. Let me know if I can help with this or anything else.
I love adjusting, challenging and at times stressful but still fun to me, I hated selling insurance

Why do you feel sales isn't for you?
I don’t know if sales is not for me or if it’s just the industry I am in is not for me. I am just a little lost right now.
